  • Brokers generate approximately 80% of USHM's business. Most of the deals in our pipeline are return-broker loans.
  • We at USHM are particularly sensitive to our brokers' needs for confidentiality and quick-quote turn-around.
  • Many brokers come to us with deals that are outside their area of expertise and rely on USHM to get the loan closed.
  • In some cases USHM will act as a clearing-house. Deals that are under our minimum or better served by our broker-affiliates will be referred.
